What's 20 Inches Between Neighbors?

A 5 year dispute over a treehouse that included angry neighbors, zoning regulations, federal lawsuit and even an FBI complaint finally comes to an end. The treehouse was built by DC parents of 2 girls who at the time were 3 and 5 and was argued it hung 20 inches into a public alley way. After working with a mediator between DC’s DDOT and the family, agreed that the treehouse will come down in 2024 and the family will not incur any fines.
