Maryland Governor Larry Hogan announced that he's going to be easing restrictions on all sorts of businesses from restaurants to bowling alleys to salons to Camden Yards where the Orioles play. In DC Mayor Bowser debuts a new Coronavirus Vaccine website to get residents in line. The Smithsonian American History Museum is collecting COVID artifacts such as the first Pfizer vaccine that was administered and more.
