Parra aka Baby Shark May Be Returning to the Nationals

The Washington Post is reporting that Gerardo Parra will be on the non-roster invitees list for the Nationals' Spring training. Beloved player from the World Series winning team in 2019, he famously changed his walk up music to “Baby Shark.” From then on, the team went on their winning streak and the song became a rally cry for fans. Parra and his pal Aníbal Sánchez encouraged their teammates to dance and hug in the dugout after home runs. Parra often wore rose-tinted glasses a swag item from the Pepsi brand Bubbly. Parra has been in Japan for the past year playing professional baseball.
